INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 lbs. pork, diced
- 2 c. rice, boil 5 min. and drain
- 4 sm. onions, diced
- 8 c. celery, diced
- 4 cans chicken noodle soup
- 4 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, optional
Brown meat, add celery, onions and enough water to cook, 20 minutes, in covered pan. Add rice and soups and put in a casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs or potato chips. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour or longer. Use 1/4 of everything for 8-10 people. The Australian food recipe is ready for a feast....enjoy !
